Agenda Item Summary: ACPS Operations department provided a community debrief on the current project status and next steps for the Mount Vernon Elementary School.
Background: ACPS Operations department provided a community debrief on the current project status and next steps for the Mount Vernon Elementary School. Targeted repairs were developed from the conditions assessment on structural, mechanical and environmental conditions completed by consultants. Also, the newly renovated north and south side playground project schedule was shared during the community meeting.

The Chief Operating Officer, Director of Procurement and the Director of Educational Facilities provided an update that listed the following improvements and next steps:
