Background:

The purpose of the ACPS Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is to provide advice and policy guidance concerning students with disabilities to the School Board. In accordance with this purpose, SEAC has written and passed bylaws for consideration by the School Board.

The Superintendent recommends that the School Board approve the Special Education Advisory Committee Bylaws.
